A bonkerfield is anything that's just too much. If you're just going to try to throw something together even if it doesn't make sense. That's a bonkerfield. If it's like pretty hot in a room, that's also a bonkerfield. Or if it's cold. Or windy too.
I used to call this site makeLOFT, which stood for make Lots of Things. But life's too crazy for cryptic acronyms these days.
